That the mind makes a
great servant, but a terrible master.
We are not our minds; we
are our souls that use the mind to create.
Many are walking around
with a mind that doesn't like them.
Stay aware of the moment;
you will see your mind.
We must read to
strengthen our souls to become aware of our minds.
Our environments create
our minds.
Emotional Prisoner:
"A powerful,
life changing book"...
Book Description
Emotional Prisoner is a book written
to teach people how to parole themselves from the prison of
their minds, where their emotions are the jailer. It relates
about my emotional setups that set me back, and the second
half is on solutions. It's how to free yourself from the prison
of your mind because we hold the key to our own freedom by
choice.
About the Author I've been helpless, hopeless, homeless,
and addicted to crack cocaine. I know what it feels like to
lose everything, and out of all the things I've lost, I missed
my mind the most. I'm a recovering sex addict, drug addict,
overeater, people pleaser, shop-a-holic, and alcoholic. The
one thing that drives all of my addictions is my negative emotions.
After crack and Prozac I decided to free myself from the prison
of my mind, and this book is the outcome of freedom.
